This album what I believe to be the best tracks from September and October of 2023's Cozy Sunday streams. Over 8 weeks I picked the 11 best tracks to represent the sound world of the Avotoc, who live across Pale Shores in Omneutta. Their sound is characterized by a guitar-like instrument, and in this album that's focused on two musicians playing back and forth.
Cozy Sundays are a Twitch stream series on Sunday Mornings 11am Eastern (US) focusing on creating relaxing music in real time, where I play through a track in single passes, recording whatever comes to me in the moment and largely keeping it. I try to keep pauses in the sound and talking to a minimum. Instruments and soundscapes change every month or two, so stop by for some relaxing background music as you have your breakfast, do laundry, or whatever else you do on Sundays.
