This album what I believe to be the best tracks from January, February, and March's Cozy Music series. Over 8 weeks I picked what I think are the best 12 tracks to represent the timbres and atmospheres of the part of Omneutta that the Quarryn call home. Their sound is characterized by wooden percussive tones and breathy, natural sounding beds of chords.
Cozy Music is a Twitch stream series on Monday Evenings 7pm Eastern (US) focusing on creating relaxing music in real time, where I play through a track in single passes, recording whatever comes to me in the moment and largely keeping it. I try to keep pauses in the sound and talking to a minimum. Instruments and soundscapes change every month or two, so stop by for some relaxing background music as you have your breakfast, do laundry, or whatever else you do on Sundays.
